Waste Incineration
Processing waste means keeping things moving - that's why you have to fight to
keep build-up and chokes from shutting you down. The PowerShot®
keeps you up and runnning by doing the job at every stage of your waste
incineration system. |

Rotary Kilns
Clearing rings and large coatings can keep you shut down for hours - even days
- on end. Using the PowerShot®,
you can avoid the long cool-down periods required to allow men and equipment to
work inside the kiln. By installing PowerShot®
base sockets on the kiln shell where rings occur most, you can blast away large
amounts of buildup, forming a key section. The rings then lose their stability
and peel away, leaving a clean kiln and the brick intact. All that's left is to
turn on the kiln and feed out the loose material - without the need for extra
equipment.
Compared to removing rings the old-fashioned way, the PowerShot®
takes little time to get the job done. Typically, in six to eight hours - at
times even less - the PowerShot®
can remove rings from a 20-30 foot area - without your ever having to send men
into the kiln. After that, you light the flame, get your kiln back up to
temperature and get back on line.
Crossover Ducts
When particulate builds up in your crossover duct, air flow is restricted. That
makes it harder to burn off contaminants. The PowerShot®
opens up air flow and increases the processing of dust inevery part of your
crossover duct in no time. Best of all, you can use the PowerShot®
on the run - there's no need to shut down to clear out build up. Just use it
where particulate matter settles most and your air flow will continue to be
strong.
